RMO Mali is recruiting a Sales Supervisor for a company specializing in the manufacture, sales and distribution of detergents and household chemicals a HR Manager (H/F)
Missions
The ideal candidate would be crucial in ensuring the organization’s workforce is aligned with its strategic goals and would act as a bridge between employees and management, overseeing various functions related to talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
Principales Taches
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
 - Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
 - Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
 
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
 - Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
 - Mediate disputes and resolve conflicts within teams.
 
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and design development programs.
 - Facilitate leadership development and succession planning.
 - Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
 
Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems.
 - Set KPIs and monitor employee progress.
 - Provide coaching and feedback to employees.
 
Compensation and Benefits:
- Design competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
 - Oversee payroll and ensure timely disbursements.
 - Review and benchmark against industry standards.
 
Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
 - Update HR policies to reflect organizational changes.
 - Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
 
Workforce Planning and Analytics:
- Forecast workforce needs based on business goals.
 - Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction).
 - Develop strategies to enhance employee retention.
 
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Promote initiatives that ensure a diverse and equitable workplace.

Votre profil
Formation souhaitée
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a reputable HR certification.
 
Expériences nécessaires
- 10yrs work experience
 - Bilingual – French & English [working knowledge proficiency]
 - Previous work experience in an FMCG Industry preferably an added advantage.
 - Previous work experience in a manufacturing or industrial unit.
 - Strong knowledge of Malian Labour regulations and laws.
 - Excellent leadership and organizational skills
 - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
 - Proficiency in an ERP financial software eg. SAP or ORACLE and Microsoft Office Suite.
 
Savoir Faire Requis :
- Ability to navigate workforce transitions and layoffs and recruitments.
 - Experience in HR management or a related role.
 - Knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS) and data analysis tools.
