Job Purpose :
Help to maximize business value from sales of lubricants through all B2C channels.
Manage and develop the lubricants B2C Sales Force to achieve approved target.
To guarantee customer and trade partner satisfaction, thus achieving targets for market share, and growth.
Principal Accountabilities :
Achieve the lubricants sales targets on volume.
Develop and drive implementation of operational plans for B2C lubes.
Detect and consolidate report of market trends and opportunities in the country.
Lead, develop, manage and motivate staff and ensure that the required competencies are in place to meet current and future business needs.
Ensure Control credit, rebates and pricing.
Implement sales development and promotion, marketing and technical key initiatives and programs.
Participate in the development and drive implementation of consumer market strategies.
Ensure that HSSE practices are implemented to customers.
Minimum Requirements :
Master’s degree; Professional Qualification in Commercial or a Business related qualification will be ideal.
8+ years’ experience B2C and products distribution.
Minimal experience in Marketing and Sales in B2C environment.
Ideally successful experience as B2C Sales Manager in FMCG sector.
Successful in developing and leading teams.
Strong interface management skills.
A passion for the customer.
English required, local languages would be an advantage (Bambara, Sonrhaï).
