   Full-time; 40 hours/week      
SALARY:  *Ordinary Resident (OR): 5,962,785 CFA per year (Starting salary before benefits and allowances)
Position grade: FSN-8
*Not-Ordinarily Resident (NOR): US 45,185 per year (starting salary Position grade: FP-6

Based in the General Services Office Section, this position is responsible for identifying and locating new housing facilities as required. Maintains all housing files and makes lease negotiations and establishes/maintains relationships with landlords; also maintains contacts with utility companies and resolves any utility problems that may arise.
BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Completion of secondary school;
Two years of related experience including clerical work and at least one year involving either housing leasing or utilities work;
Knowledge of local housing market, local leasing and utilities regulations and practices.
English and French level III (English will be tested).
Excellent computer skills in word processing and translation abilities in order to explain lease terms to landlords. 
SELECTION PROCESS:
When fully qualified, U.S. Citizens Eligible Family Members (USEFMs) and U.S Veterans are given preference.  Therefore, it is essential that the candidate specifically address the required qualifications above in the application.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Management will consider nepotism/conflict of interest, budget, and residency status in determining successful candidacy. 
Current employees serving a probationary period are not eligible to apply.
Current Ordinarily Resident employees with an Overall Summary Rating of Needs Improvement or Unsatisfactory on their most recent Employee Performance Report are not eligible to apply.
Currently employed U.S. Citizen EFMs who hold a Family Member Appointment (FMA) are ineligible to apply for advertised positions within the first 90 calendar days of their employment.
Currently employed NORs hired under a Personal Services Agreement (PSA) are ineligible to apply for advertised positions within the first 90 calendar days of their employment unless currently hired into a position with a When Actually Employed (WAE) work schedule.
