APPEL A MANIFESTATION D’INTERET POUR LA FOURNITURE DE SERVICES D’AGENCE DE VOYAGE

La Mission Multidimensionnelle intégrée des Nations Unies pour la Stabilisation au Mali (MINUSMA) a l’intention de publier un avis d’Appel d’Offres, et dans ce cadre sollicite des manifestations d’intérêt de la part des agences de voyage répondant au critère ci-dessous, pour la réservation des vols et l’émission de billets d’avion pour son personnel tant civil que militaire :
– Etre dûment enregistrées auprès de l’API Mali et autorisées à fournir les services d’agences de voyages.
Pour répondre à cette demande de manifestation d’intérêt toutes les agences de voyage qualifiées et intéressées doivent remplir le formulaire fournisseur (Cliquez ici pour le télécharger) et le retourner à l’adresse minusma-procurement@un.org à l’attention de Mme Marie-Thérèse ILUNGA KAWEJ avant la date limite du 8 Mars 2018 à 16:00 (UTC).
Vous êtes priés de joindre au formulaire de manifestation d’intérêt le scan de l’enregistrement auprès de l’API Mali.
Le courriel et/ou toute autre correspondance de réponse s’y afférent doit préciser, dans son objet, la Référence: EOIMINUSMAPROC/EOI/2018/012.
La MINUSMA se réserve le droit de rejeter les manifestations d’intérêt qui seront partiellement, incorrectement remplies, ou reçues après la date limite.

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE PROVISION OF TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICES.
Reference: PROC/EOI/2018/012
The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) seeks Expressions of Interest from Travel Agencies, in order to establish a contract for flight booking and issuing of airline tickets for both its Civilians and Military personnel, which meet the criteria below:
– Be duly registered with API Mali and authorized to provide Travel Agency Services.
In responding to this Request the interested Vendors must complete the following Vendor Response Form (Click here to download) and return it to minusma-procurement@un.org for the attention of Marie-Thérèse ILUNGA KAWEJ (Mrs.) before the closing date on 8 March 2018 at 4:00 pm (GMT).
You are kindly requested to attach to the Expression of Interest form the scan of the registration with API Mali.

MINUSMA reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest That are incomplete, incorrect, or are received after the stated deadline.
