The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Mali wishes to recruit for the following position:

PURPOSE OF THE POST
Under the general supervision of the Supply Officer, assists Supply section in administrative tasks.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the collection of proforma invoices by preparing requests for quotation and tabulating sheets.
Helps to maintain Supply files in order and up to date. Selects and makes pertinent abstracts, and undertakes searches for information
Assists in the Follow up of local deliveries and track Suppliers payment.
Assists in the reporting of all transactions in VISION
Assists in the reception of suppliers invoices, attaches necessary background information and maintains follow-up system.
Maintains & updates (Keeps) list of supply contacts (suppliers, ministers, government officials, NGOs and transit agents).
Performs other duties, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Education:End of secondary school degree
Experience:5 years of professional experience in general Administration or Supply and Logistics.
Language(s)Fluency in French and good working knowledge of English required.
Computer skills:Knowledge in Excel and other software is a prerequisite.
