An International Recruitment Agency is recruiting for ICCO: A REGIONAL INVESTMENT MANAGER (RIM)
Location: Bamako-MALI              
Contract duration: 1 year and an option for continuation.

RESPONSIBILITY
Assess opportunities, perform and coordinate due diligence process
Contribute to the strategic development of ICCO Investments
Maintain and develop close cooperation with Program Managers in the Regional Office
Maintain and expand network of co-investors and other relevant parties and stakeholders
Practice investment management (monitor and provide support to investees)
Prepare investment proposals for decision making by Investment Committee
Report to Global Office on development and performance of regional portfolio
Represent ICCO Investments in investee (board) meetings, a.o.
Represent ICCO Investments in the regional impact investment networks
Structure investments in close cooperation with Global Office management
Take action towards investees before issues occur
Work on identification and development of promising deal flow (pipeline development)
PROFILE
University degree (Business Economics or similar)
Significant hands on investment management or other relevant experience
Strong financial (modeling) and business analysis skills
Excellent feeling for entrepreneurial and social aspects of businesses
Feeling for and knowledge of investment related legal aspects
Knowledge of inclusive finance and sustainable development
A result-oriented, open and entrepreneurial work attitude
Excellent communication and networking skills
Fluent in English and French, both orally and in writing
Affinity with the values and mission of ICCO Investments
Willingness to travel abroad on a regular basis
REMUNERATION
