RESPONSIBILITY
The Regional Fundraising Officer is responsible for securing continuous financing from existing donor networks and to broaden up towards new sources of financing for Programs within the framework of the ICCO (ROWA Regional Office West Africa) Strategic Plan.
Together with Program Officers (POs), the RFO is responsible for generating new and maintaining existing donor relations.
OVERALL JOB OBJECTIVE
To develop and optimize resource mobilization in the region for programs and partners by establishing and maintaining relations with (potential) donors. 
PROFILE
Proven successful fundraising efforts with institutional donors
Strategic vision and planning capabilities
Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to respond to opportunities
Extensive relationship management skills in both private and public settings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of policies and working procedures of institutional donors
