Description : The Engineer will be responsible for the following and carry out Design and Supervision as required, to achieve quality of work in a cost effective manner whilst conforming to best practice Engineering Standards
Location : Sadiola Gold Mine, Mali
Qualifications Required : Qualified Civil Engineer, Conception and Construction Buildings, Conception and Construction Roads.
Experience Required : Minimum 10 years experience of which 5 years within the Mining industry would be well regarded.
Role and Responsibility : Maintenance of substantial road networks comprising of both natural earth and bitumen style surfaces. Maintenance of the Sadiola Airstrip and surrounding drainage system. Assistance to Mining and Processing with respect to specific earth works eg. River diversions, Dust suppression, Tailings storage facility. Assistance to the Engineering team for project works comprising of earth works, concrete foundations and structural steel buildings. Assistance to other Anglogold Ashanti mining projects as approved by the Engineering Superintendent.
Additional Information : Single Status Contract. Reporting to Engineering Superintendent

Remuneration : The successful candidate will be appointed on an expatriate 2 year contract, which may be renewed after the 2 year period
