Location: Bamako, Mali
OVERVIEW: Save the Children’s Sahel Country Office is seeking qualified applicants for a position of Sponsorship-funded Basic Educa­tion Manager- in Sikasso and Yorosso districts in Mali. Overall, the incumbent will be responsible for delivering high quality basic education programming including girls education, formal and non-formal education, in service teacher training, school management committee capacity building, etc. She/he will serve as the technical person for the program ensuring that objectives and results of the program are met to the satisfaction of beneficiary communities, donors, education authorities and Save the Children. She/he will also play a key role in the Country Office’s efforts to raise additional funds and ex and its education portfolio.
