Location : Sadiola Mine – Mali
Qualifications Required : Relevant tertiary education in BSc Geology (Hons)
Experience Required : Minimum 5 years mining experience preferably in the gold environment with an open pit background 2-3 years resource estimation experience preferably using Datamine software Suit dynamic person with the ability to work under pressure
Role and Responsibility : The incumbent will be expected to geological model and estimate grades using Kriging for shear zone controlled deposits using Datamine. In addition, the incumbent will be expected to assist in QAQC, model reconciliations and provide support for the geological drillhole database. Final reports for most project work will be expected at high level
Additional Information : Reporting to the Evaluation Manager or Geology Manager
