Duties
Working within the Warehouse and reporting to the Deputy Warehouse Manager has overall responsibility for the creation maintenance storage and distribution of Welcome Kits for residences of USDH and for the selection, delivery, set-up, return and refresh of Party Supplies for official and unofficial Embassy events. Acts as Team Lead for other Warehouse activities.
Qualifications and Evaluations
- Requirements:
- EXPERIENCE: 2 years of working in a warehouse or distribution center.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and controls.

- Completion of Secondary School.

English: Limited Knowledge of English – Reasonable confident in speaking English and able to handle social situations and casual conversation and limited work requirements. Able to write simple texts and fill out forms.

French: Limited Knowledge of French – Reasonable confident in speaking French and able to handle social situations and casual conversation and limited work requirements. Able to write simple texts and fill out forms.

Bambara: Limited Knowledge of Bambara – Reasonable confident in speaking Bambara and able to handle social situations and casual conversation and limited work requirements. Able to write simple texts and fill out forms.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Basic numeracy and computer skills, able to assemble furniture and connect TV/DVD player. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license for at least 5 years. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
