Vous trouverez ci-joint une demande de prix pour la recherche d’un cuisinier doté de connaissances dans le domaine de la nutrition et des capacités adéquates à cuisiner pour le compte d’un détachement des Marines. Si vous souhaitez soumettre une proposition, veuillez suivre les instructions données dans la Section 3 de la sollicitation, en remplissant les parties pertinentes du document ci-joint et en l’envoyant à l’adresse indiquée dans le Formulaire Standard SF 1449 annexé à la présente lettre. Le Gouvernement des États-Unis a l’intention d’attribuer un contrat/bon de commande à l’entreprise responsable qui soumet l’offre acceptable la moins-disante. Nous avons l’intention d’attribuer un contrat/bon de commande sur la base des offres initiales, sans tenir de discussions, bien que nous puissions, le cas échéant, avoir des discussions avec les entreprises dans la fourchette concurrentielle.
La visite du site aura lieu le 10 Février, à 10 heures, heure locale, à l’Ambassade des États-Unis à Bamako.
Toutes les Propositions doivent être soumises en Anglais uniquement.
Vos propositions doivent être soumises dans une enveloppe scellée portant la mention (Proposition) au plus tard le 17 Février 2021 à 15h00 heure locale à l’adresse suivante:

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for solicitation of a cook who has the nutritional knowledge and adequate capabilities to cook for a Detachment of Marines. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. - Section 3, Technical Proposal criteria
- Section 5, Representations and Certifications
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if necessary.
The site visit will take place on February 10, at 10 a.m. local time, at the U.S. Embassy in Bamako.
All the Proposals must be submitted in English Only.
Your Proposals must be submitted in sealed Envelop marked (Proposal Enclosed) on or before February 17, 2021 at 15:00 local time to:
