English language training/

The General Services Office is accepting quotations for the delivery of 200 hours of English language training to employees of the U.S. Mission in Mali.  All instruction will be conducted at the U.S. Embassy. 
In addition to instruction delivery, the successful Contractor will be required to plan lessons and deliver instruction to Embassy employees with varying levels of English language ability.   Language instruction will be provided at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels in spoken and written English.   Contractor will be responsible for providing qualified English language instructors, preferably native English speakers, and training materials for students to include but not limited to handouts, booklets, and recorded and audio teaching aids and materials.  The Contractor will be responsible for conducting pre-instruction evaluation testing for each participant in the Program to determine where each participant will be placed.  The Contractor will provide an Exit Examination at the end of each instructional module.  The results will be used to determine whether the student can move to the next level.  The Contractor will be responsible for its own recordkeeping and instructional material production.
Quotation package should be delivered to the Assistant General Services Officer, U.S. Embassy Bamako not later than Friday, March 21, 2014.
