Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de son Projet EpiC « Epidémiologique Contrôle », Family Health International lance un avis d’appel d’offres pour la fourniture de motos neuves de préférence fabriquées aux Etats Unis d’Amérique avec casques.

Les propositions doivent comprendre les points suivants :
- Le pays d’origine des Motos proposées (n/b: Modèle d ‘origine Américaine et/ou fabriqué aux Etats Unis de préférence) ;
- La durée ou le kilométrage de la garantie ;
- Le délai de livraison après la réception du bon de commande ;
- La validité de l’offre : 3 mois validité du devis demandée ;
- Le certificat d’origine doit être fourni aussi bien qu’un certificat ou l’autorisation prouvant qu’ils ont le droit de vendre des motos ; et
- Les propositions doivent être sans TVA.
Les fournisseurs agrées de motos intéressés doivent déposer au secrétariat de Family Health International à Bamako, Immeuble Brahima Bathily, 3e étage, sis Hamdallaye. As part of the implementation of its EpiC project «Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control», Family Health International is launching a call for proposal for the supply of new motorcycles preferably manufactured in the United States of America with helmets
Below are the technical specifications:

Proposals must include information on the following points:
- The country of origin of the motorcycles proposed (n/b: American makes/models and/or motorcycles manufactured in the USA are preferred);
- The duration or mileage of the warranty;
- The delivery time after receipt of the voucher;
- Validity of the offer: 3 months quote validity requested;
- The certificate of origin must be provided, as well as a certificate or authorization showing that they have right to sell motos; and
- Proposals should be without VAT.
Interested approved motorcycle suppliers must submit their offers in a closed envelope bearing the words « DAO 2022/001/FHI360/EpiC/Motos » or send to the email address Mali.Procurement@fhi360.org at the latest June 20, 2022 at 4pm to the desk of Family Health International in Bamako, Immeuble Brahima Bathily, 3rd Floor , Hamdallaye Tel : (+223) 66746616.
